Oleg Portnoy is a Toronto based, freelance illustrator and cartoonist. He graduated from Sheridan College in 2007 with a BA in illustration. His work has a unique editorial style that is characterized by the artist's distinctive and somewhat twisted sense of humor. Oleg's illustrations have appeared in The National Post, The Finacial Post Magazine, Juxtapoz (online), Creative Quarterly, The Feathertale Review Magazine & Feathertale online.
